Introducing HOA's HUB Data Licensing: 4,100+ Communities, Now Available to Buy

Today we're launching HOA's HUB Data Licensing - the full, cleaned, deduped dataset behind every page on this site, now available to license for the first time.

What's in the dataset

Every record covers a verified U.S. homeowners association: name, address, ZIP, county, city, state, monthly and annual fees (where verified), rental and short-term/Airbnb policy flags, pet policy, on-site amenities, management company contact info, and the state legislative context that applies to each community. The current snapshot covers 4,100+ communities across all 50 states.

Who it serves

Real-estate platforms enriching MLS listings, mortgage lenders pre-qualifying properties by HOA fee burden, insurance carriers risk-assessing communities, and proptech startups building consumer tools have all been asking for this. We license the data with flexible delivery: CSV, JSON, Excel, Parquet, REST API, or webhook deltas for ongoing updates.

How we sourced it

Every record traces to primary sources - recorded covenants, county property-appraiser files, state legislature trackers, and direct HOA confirmation. Methodology is documented at Editorial Standards. The dataset is the same one powering our fee-trend tracker and the HOA communities directory by state.
