The most helpful submissions include the community's full name, its city and state, and the current monthly HOA fee. If you know additional details - such as whether rentals or short-term Airbnb stays are permitted, pet restrictions, special assessments, or the managing agent - add them in the notes field so we can verify and publish a more complete profile. Supporting links to an official HOA website or management portal are especially useful.
