Explore HOA Communities on the Map
The HOA's HUB interactive map plots thousands of tracked homeowners associations across all 50 states, so you can see how communities cluster around a city, county, or metro area at a glance. Each marker links straight to that community's page, where you can review its monthly HOA dues, rental and pet policies, amenities, and management contact details.
Using the map is a fast way to compare neighborhoods when you are relocating or house-hunting. Zoom into a region to gauge how densely HOA-governed a market is, then click individual pins to see fee ranges side by side. Areas with many markers - such as Florida, Arizona, Texas, and Colorado - tend to have a high share of planned communities and condominium associations, which often means more shared amenities but also more rules to review before you buy.
Map data is drawn from the same continually reviewed directory that powers our search and comparison tools. Coordinates come from public geolocation sources and may be approximate, so always confirm an association's exact boundaries and current fees directly with the HOA or its management company. To narrow results by fee, rules, or amenities, use our community search or put several associations head to head with the compare tool.
