Updated June 30, 2026 · Reviewed & verified for 2026 HOA's HUB Just Got a Major Upgrade: Faster Site, Fee-Trend Charts & Verified Data

We've rebuilt HOA's HUB from the ground up. The new site is faster, mobile-first, and packed with tools that were not here before — including HOA fee-trend charts, a Verified 2026 data badge, and thousands more communities. Here is everything that's new.

HOA's HUB has grown into one of the most complete directories of homeowners-association fees, rules, and communities in the country — and it was time our website kept up. Today we're rolling out a full redesign: a faster, cleaner, mobile-first experience with brand-new tools to help you research an HOA before you buy, rent, or move in. Here's a tour of what's changed.

A faster, cleaner experience

We rebuilt the site on a modern, static-first foundation, so pages load almost instantly — no waiting on heavy scripts before you can read fees and rules. Every state, county, city, and community page is a real, self-contained page, which also means search engines (and your bookmarks) find exactly what they expect, every time.

New: HOA fee-trend charts

One of the most requested features is finally here. Our new Fee Trends view breaks down how HOA monthly dues compare across states and price tiers, so you can see where fees are highest, where they're most affordable, and how a community stacks up against its neighbors. Combined with our side-by-side compare tool, you can move from “this looks nice” to “this is actually a good value” in seconds.

Built for mobile

Most people research a neighborhood from their phone — often while standing in the driveway. So we redesigned the homepage and search around mobile first: bigger tap targets, a search bar you can reach with your thumb, tighter stat cards, and a hero that gets you to results faster. The interactive map and community search now feel native on any screen size.

Verified 2026 data you can trust

Every community now carries a “Verified 2026” badge and a clear last-reviewed date, and every guide shows when it was last updated. We also published a plain-English explainer of exactly how we verify our data — what we check, where our figures come from, and what we don't guarantee. No fabricated numbers, no guesswork dressed up as fact.

Thousands more communities

We expanded our dataset to more than 4,100 HOA communities across all 50 states, including enriched, real-world detail for markets like Brevard County, Florida and Fort Collins, Colorado. That means more accurate fees, rental and pet policies, amenities, and contact information when you browse by state or drill down to a single association.

Fresher guides, indexed faster

Our HOA guides and articles now display clear publish and “updated” dates so you always know how current a piece is, and we added a dedicated news sitemap so fresh guides get discovered and indexed faster. Expect more timely coverage of fee increases, insurance trends, and buyer tips throughout 2026.

What's next

This redesign is a foundation, not a finish line. We're already working on richer per-community insights, deeper fee history, and more ways to compare associations before you commit. Have a feature you'd love to see? We'd genuinely like to hear it.
